The Hardiness Resilience Gauge™ (HRG™) is an assessment tool that provides valuable insight into an individual’s level of hardiness. Hardiness is best described as the ability to cope with stressful and unexpected situations. With HRG, organizations can not only identify hardiness but also coach it to create more resilient leaders and teams.
