How We Can Help
Through either in-person or virtual coaching sessions with staff, managers, and executive leaders, we utilize self-exploration to put together a strategic plan to master the skills necessary to achieve one’s goals.
Our coaching approach is supplemented with powerful assessments insights that help you gain a new perspective and target actions for growth through confidential one-on-one sessions. Our consultants are certified in a wide range of tools to support the use of a single or battery of assessments.

Our founder, Dr. Christie Cooper, is a Board Certified Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with over 15 years of coaching experience. Not only is she certified in leading assessments, but she brings personal experience as a corporate leader in a Fortune 500 company. Christie is also a member of SPA (Society for Personality Assessment) and APA (American Psychological Association).

We are certified practitioners of MBTI Step III, a specialized assessment that can be used to address the coachee’s current level of self-confidence, approach to difficulties, sources of enjoyment, and more. This can serve as a unique catalyst for meaningful conversation in one-on-one coaching sessions.
Coaching Objective: The goal of personal coaching is tailored to each individual. Topics could include time management, goal setting, gaining confidence, learning to be more empathetic, decision making, and more.
Who is it for: Anyone looking for support, encouragement, motivation, and guidance to help make their goal a reality will benefit from personal coaching.
How does it work: Personal coaching sessions typically take place over the course of 3-6 months, for an average of 1-3 hours per month.
Methodology: We use a variety of tools and techniques in personal coaching sessions. The methodology is determined on a case-by-case basis according to each individual coachee’s needs.
Outcomes: Depending on each individual’s needs, we may use specific assessment tools and assessment reports to help them reach their goals.
Pre-work: Before you embark on your coaching journey, we will have you complete a few intake forms to help us best understand you a little bit. Learning about what your desired state is a critical piece of the puzzle.

Our sales coaching sessions are tailored to your sales team’s unique needs in order to implement effective strategies that lead to success. Through either in-person or virtual sessions, we will help your sales team increase their influence with their clients to generate more revenue for your organization.
Coaching Objective: A coach can assist your team in exploring personal development areas, creating strategic plans, and mastering new found skills to be more effective in your organization.
Who is it for Sales professionals at any level will benefit from one-on-one coaching sessions.
How does it work: Coaching takes place over the course of 3 months. Sessions can be conducted virtually, or while the sales person is in the field. These “ride-along” sessions are a great way to provide immediate feedback. This is also an effective tool for training new sales managers in coaching their new team.
Methodology: We use a combination of the Everything DiSC Sales Profile, TriMetrix DNA, and Target Selling Insights assessment tools to explore areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Outcomes: The outcomes of sales coaching will vary depending on the goals and methodology used, but you can expect enhanced motivation and confidence, and increased sales.

Coaching Objective: The goal of our career coaching sessions is to provide assistance and clarity to help college students and recent graduates begin their career planning and exploration process.
Who is it for: Our Career Coaching sessions are especially designed for college students or recent graduates
How does it work: Students will benefit from 1-3 90-minute long sessions.
Methodology: By taking the Strong Interest Inventory® Report and MBTI® assessments, students can better understand their personality type and make more satisfying decisions about their future career and education.
Outcomes:
- Identify interests and career options that are consistent with those interests
- Choose appropriate education and training relevant to interests
- Learn to balance work and leisure activities
- Determine personal preferences for learning environment, leadership, risk-taking, and teamwork
Making decisions about education and future career early in life can be difficult. With the help from one of our Certified Business and Career Coaches, high school students can receive the assistance they need as they consider education options for career preparation.
Coaching Objective: The goal of our coaching sessions is to provide high school students with a wealth of information to help them begin their career planning and exploration process.
Who is it for: These Career Coaching sessions are especially designed for high school students or recent high school graduates.
How does it work: Students generally benefit from 1 or 2 sessions that are 30 to 45 minutes in length.
Methodology: By taking the Strong Interest Inventory® Report and MBTI® assessments, students can better understand their personality type and make more satisfying decisions about their future career and education.
Outcomes: The outcomes will vary based on the methodology and assessment used, however, students can expect to gain insight into their unique interests and learn how to apply those interests to choose a focus for their future career and education.

How does it work: Career transition coaching generally takes place over the course of 3 sessions, which can be between 60- and 90-minutes long.
Methodology: We utilize the Strong Interest Inventory® Report and MBTI assessment tools to help individuals make more informed decisions about their career for a more rewarding work life both now and in the future.
Outcomes: Outcomes will vary based on assessments used, individuals will discover who they are, explore career paths that are the best fit for them, and achieve greater satisfaction in their work.
