EVERYTHING DiSC® CERTIFICATION with Cooper Consulting Group
Everything DiSC® Certification prepares practitioners to deliver engaging and impactful DiSC® learning experiences that help people work better together. This holistic DiSC experience teaches the principles of Everything DiSC through a variety of applications and activities.
The two-week immersive Certification experience combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. During the course, participants will:
- Deepen their understanding of the DiSC® model, theory, research, and key principles.
- Explore how to build custom solutions and deliver impactful DiSC experiences using the new Everything DiSC® on Catalyst™ learning experience.
- Familiarize themselves with the full Everything DiSC application suite.
- Practice facilitation and coaching techniques while receiving feedback in a safe environment.
- Gain ongoing access to Wiley’s online training center which includes course content and the ability to connect with fellow Practitioners and Wiley’s education specialists.

Upon successful completion of the Certification course work and exam, participants will earn the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner—signaling proven competence in shaping high-performing, collaborative cultures, and knowledge in the language of DiSC.
SHRM® RECERTIFICATION PROVIDER
SHRM credential holders can earn 20 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management after completion of Everything DiSC Certification.
COURSE OVERVIEW
The Everything DiSC® Certification course spans two weeks of learning that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. The total time commitment is about 20 hours (10 hours/week). During the live virtual classroom sessions, participants will learn from skilled facilitators and work with other practitioners to apply learning, practice coaching and facilitation, and receive feedback in a psychologically safe space. At Cooper Consulting Group, we provide an orientation and bonus class for all attendees. See the details below for the content of each session.

Bob Fuhs
Bob’s energy, coupled with his passion for effective learning makes his workshops highly engaging and meaningful. Bob’s previous work, serving as a consultant and facilitator with Personal Strengths Publishing and as a lecturer at Azusa Pacific University, prepared him for success in the field of professional business training and development.
Kayla Mock-Schneller
Kayla is passionate about serving others. She has expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Leadership Development. She currently teaches college-level courses, including Human Communication Studies and Public Speaking. Emotional Intelligence Certification
Earn the title of TTI Success Insights Emotional Quotient Certified Trainer through training designed to equip you with an in-depth understanding of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and the four core skills that contribute to it, which are self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. These core skills are part of two primary competencies: personal competence and social competence.
Certification Objective:
Through this certification, participants will be equipped with not only the tools to better understand their own EQ, but also to guide others to discover and develop their EQ, which is the single biggest predictor of workplace performance and the strongest driver personal excellence.
Who is it for:
An Emotional Intelligence Certification is useful for HR professionals, independent consultants, learning and development professionals, trainers, and department managers.
How does it work:
We offer three different training options: in-person, online, and DIY. In-person sessions take place over the course of one 8-hour day. Online sessions take place over the course of four 90-minute sessions, one per week for four weeks. DIY sessions can be done on your own time with provided materials.
Outcomes:
Upon completion, each participant will be provided with all the resources needed to facilitate an EQ workshop, including PowerPoint decks with facilitator notes, exercise worksheets, participant handouts, a digital copy of the Emotional Intelligence manual, access to Video modules, and practice quizzes
Methodology:
We use the theory of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and behavioral assessment to give participants greater self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management.
Pre-Work:
Prior to training, each participant is asked to complete the EQ assessment, and are given an EQ Manual.
Additional Sessions:
Certified trainers will receive a Success Insights online account to create assessment links, distribute assessments, and house completed reports. Additionally, they will benefit from Certified Trainer discounts on assessments, complimentary refresher sessions, and updated decks and materials.

On the day the course opens, you will receive your training center login. You have 14 days to complete pre-work before the first live virtual classroom.
Facilitation Kit
Participants are required to own The Five Behaviors® facilitation kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. The facilitation kit is included in this package. If you already own the facilitation kit, please contact us to receive a customized invoice for The Five Behaviors Practitioner Certification without the facilitation kit ($2,495).
Participants will receive login information for the online training center where they’ll begin their self-directed work on the open date of their course. In addition, The Five Behaviors Certification course uses Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:
- Laptop, desktop computer, or tablet are preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.
- Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and microphone.
- A headset is highly encouraged.
