How does it work:

Job Benchmarking can be broken into four key phases: Identifying the position’s role within the organization, defining key accountabilities of the job, analyzing the job assessment, and comparing talent to the job benchmark created. The entire process can be duplicated across all positions within the company.

Methodology:

We utilize the TriMetrix DNA tool, which combines behaviors, motivators and competencies together in a validated, bias-free, and fully integrated assessment. With TriMetrix DNA, we’ll implement a patented job benchmarking process that can be used over and over again for continued success.

Program Structure:

During a 1-3 hour session, we’ll facilitate a dialogue with 2-4 people who know the role well to identify what the position requires. Each person will complete the TriMetrix DNA assessment. The results will be used to create a benchmark for the job that talent can then be compared to.
