Implementing Effective Sales Strategy Workshop

Using the Target Selling Insights™ (TSI) report, we will provide participants with an in-depth understanding of effective sales strategy and the skills they need to implement it.
What is an effective sales strategy?
Many organizations have different perspectives on a successful sales strategy due to the nature of the industry or the organization’s values. It will also vary based on an outbound sales strategy vs. an inbound sales strategy.
Our experts (who are fully certified and have real-life experiences in sales) will work with your sales team on a proven scientific method that will help them find sales strategies that will ultimately increase your sales pipeline.
Workshop Objective
This workshop aims to increase participants’ knowledge and understanding of the complete sales process, their strengths and opportunities for improvement within that process, and effective strategies to develop for optimum sales performance and success.

This workshop is ideal for sales professionals, sales managers, and sales teams who want to better understand the sales process and become more effective.
How does it work
Each participant completes the TSI assessment prior to the workshop, where we will explore and discuss the results in-depth and provide a greater understanding of the sales process. When applicable, we will engage in a conversation with the participant’s sales manager.

Methodology
This workshop uses results from the Target Selling Insights (TSI) assessment. This tool objectively analyzes an individual’s understanding of the strategies required to sell successfully in any sales environment. It essentially answers the question, “Does this person know how to sell?”
Program Structure
This workshop can take place in one of two ways: over the course of a half-day (3-hours) or full-day (6-hours) session.
