Women in Leadership Insights

Up until the past 15-years there was not much research conducted on women only leaders. Back in the 18th and 19th centuries leadership was originally viewed as inherited rather than acquired.

Present day research would suggest some headway has been made, however, there continues to be a double standard for women leaders. This program will explore the business case for women’s leadership and begin the conversation of creating a leadership brand.
