ASSESSMENT
The Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict Profile shows participants how conflict isn’t always a bad thing. When handled correctly, conflict can be both productive and constructive.
This assessment is excellent for improving communication, self-awareness, and overall conflict management. The primary takeaway is simple: You can change your response to conflict. The 22- page report provides personalized information to help learners be more self-aware about their conflict behaviors.
Conflict is a natural part of everyone’s working and personal life and though it often appears to be triggered by a simple, straightforward issue, more often than not conflict exists because some core element of trust, beliefs, authority, or passion is being challenged. The MBTI Conflict Style Report helps individuals understand how their MBTI type preferences influence their approach and response to conflict and it provides them with a framework for dealing with conflict situations more effectively.

OVERVIEW & LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The goal of this workshop is to help participants explore a framework to learn about conflict and acquire new strategies for approaching, navigating through, and resolving conflict.
Each participant will complete the MBTI® Conflict Profile prior to the session. Results will be brought to the workshop where we will facilitate a group activity, so that each participant will be able to acquire new strategies for approaching and resolving conflict.
- – Do a deep dive into how people take in information and make decisions using the conflict pairs.
- Use discussion prompts and activities are used to assist participants to gain self-awareness of what they contribute and discover blind spots.
- Learn a model for managing conflict by creating space, adding value, and seeking closure.
- Gain strategies for approaching, navigating, and resolving conflict based on personal preferences provide others what they need in interpersonal interactions.
ASSESSMENT
We use the MBTI® Conflict Report for Positively Resolving Conflict tool to discover how participants’ personalities guide their conflict behaviors and responses.
This 11-page, online report provides a detailed overview of an individual’s conflict style with specific information on key strengths and likely conflict triggers as well as a description of potential blind spots and areas for further development.
To assist individuals with gaining awareness of how others approach conflict, the report also explains the essential attributes associated with different conflict styles and offers insights into how others may view- and typically want to address-a conflict situation and includes tips for increasing sensitivity.
