Using the DISC instrument participants will explore what the various DISC styles need during times of change. Participants will explore:

  • The two main items people need during times of change.
  • Stages of change and strategies for success in each of the three stages
  • The change curve and how this phenomenon makes change a bit sloppy.
  • How to strengthen their own resiliency during times of change

ASSESSMENT

The Talent Insights 25-page report will reveal your natural and adapted style. Other components include your ideal environment, keys to motivating and managing along with areas for improvement to be used to create an action plan.
