Leading the Way: Curiosity, Creativity, Risk Taking & Collaboration

Finding ways to be creative is a vital skill in today’s world. Microsoft’s CEO shared they experienced two years of change in a two-month period during the COVID-19 pandemic. They had to pivot quickly, just as every other business did. Psychology Today (2021) emphasized everyone had to reconceptualize how to just live life during Covid. People had to creatively think how to live in a new “home office” world.
