#### PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This program introduces participants to Simon Sinek’s Start With Why philosophy, which emphasizes the importance of purpose as the foundation for leadership, communication, and organizational success. Through practical examples and guided reflection, participants will learn how to identify their “Why,” align it with their work, and communicate it effectively to inspire others and drive engagement.

Workshop: 2-hours Virtual | 2 to 3 hours In-person

Coaching: Two 90-minute sessions

  • Define the concept of the **Golden Circle** (Why, How, What)
  • Identify and articulate their personal or organizational **”Why”**
  • Differentiate between purpose-driven and task-driven communication
  • Apply the Start With Why approach to leadership and decision-making
  • Craft messages that inspire trust, loyalty, and action
  • Align team goals and strategies with a clear sense of purpose
