In this workshop, we utilize the CliftonStrengths assessment to identify the talents in everyone and develop individuals to become exceptional leaders. Participants will learn both why and how a strength-based approach can create more productivity, profitability, and engagement, and walk away with the tools to implement this approach both at work and at home.

Workshop Objective
The goal of this workshop is to make participants more aware of their strengths and appreciate how they contribute to their team and organization so they are better able to use those strengths to respond to situations and accomplish goals.

Who is it for
Any team member will benefit from understanding his or her own strengths and learning how to implement them in the workplace.

How does it work
Each participant will complete an assessment and receive the results immediately upon completion along with several short reports, which we will go over during the session.

Outcomes
Participants will walk away with an understanding of the power in their talents and strengths and how they uniquely contribute to their organization.

Methodology
In this workshop, we use either CliftonStrengths Finder 34 or Top 5 to identify participants’ top strengths.

Program Structure
This workshop can take place either virtually or in-person. Sessions range from 60-minutes to 3-hours in length.
