Fundamental Four (Self-Paced)

There are four core, fundamental competencies that all leaders must master for success, regardless of role, industry, or location: Self-Awareness, Learning Agility, Communication, and Influence.

We leverage the proven strengths of our research-based content, outstanding instructional design, and our top-notch faculty to create this high impact, human centered self-directed development program. This course helps leaders engage in these four areas of development: _self-_

_awareness_ (understands own weaknesses and how to compensate for them), _learning_

_agility_ (reflects on and learns from experience), _influence_ (works effectively with others over who they have no control), and _communication_ (uses effective listening skills to gain clarification from others).

TIMING & FORMAT

Self-paced, 4-week course; Approximately 1.5 – 2 hours per week 100% online delivery, via CCL’s Leadership Accelerator (CLA)

OUTCOMES

By attending this program, participants will:

  • Develop a self-aware view that represents your preferences, priorities, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Develop your ability to learn from experience and adapt to new situations.
  • Develop communication skills to ensure that our messages are being understood and that we are understanding the messages of others.
