Developing Inspiring Leaders Workshop
The FIRO Business assessment helps leaders better connect to their teams and peers through a deep understanding of interpersonal needs and leadership styles. In this workshop, we will introduce leaders to the 3 interpersonal need areas: involvement, influence, and connection, and explore how those needs influence their communication, problem-solving, and decision-making styles as well as other aspects of their behavior.
The goal of this workshop is to help leaders discover their own interpersonal needs and how the interpersonal needs of both themselves and others influence interactions between people.
Who is it for
Individuals, teams, and organizations will all benefit from this workshop.
How does it work
Each participant will complete a 15 to 20-minute assessment prior to the workshop, where we will debrief the results in a group setting.
This workshop provides participants with specific insights that create an opportunity for them to affect behavioral change quickly.
We utilize the FIRO-Business model to identify and develop an understanding of interpersonal needs.
This workshop takes place over the course of a half-day, 3-hour session.
Tools for Continued Learning
Participants will walk away with the FIRO Assessment and “Introduction to FIRO” booklet to refer back to post-workshop.
