OVERVIEW & LEARNING OBJECTIVES
This session will allow participants to explore how different personality styles prefer to receive and give feedback.
- Using the DISC® instrument participants will build upon how to understand their style may naturally communicate.
- Participants will be provided “Conversation Starters” and Flexing Tips in which to practice giving and receiving feedback.
- Using either a case study or real-life situation, participants will create a conversation to practice giving and receiving feedback.
ASSESSMENT
The Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile helps individuals understand that focusing on relationships, especially in business, is more important than only focusing on themselves.
