Workshop Objective
The objective in all of our coaching sessions is to identify what you desire to achieve and support you on your journey to improvement. Ultimately, coaching can provide a way to seek self-awareness and enhance leadership capabilities as long as you are willing to put in the work.

Who is it for
Our leadership coaching sessions are for any leaders, new or senior, who want to sharpen their leadership skills or who feel stagnant and want to gain a fresh outlook.

How does it work
A typical coaching engagement for leaders is six to nine months long, and generally includes two to three hours of coaching per month.

Methodology
To complement our coaching, we use a variety of assessments depending on your unique goals including: Everything DiSC® 363, LPI, MBTI, Hogan, EQi, EQ, FIRO, VOICES 360, and Leadership Profile.

Outcomes
The outcomes of these coaching sessions vary depending on the methodology used, however, all leaders who take part in coaching can expect to experience greater self-awareness and enhanced leadership capabilities.
