LEARN & PRACTICE is where they learn about the Coaching Mindset, Coaching Process, and Coaching Skills and plan for the real-world scenarios they brought with them.

MASTER provides practical, actionable tools so that they carry their learning forward once they’re back on the job.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The program follows a four-step plan to develop more coach-like behaviors in your managers in order to accelerate their people’s development. There are three distinct sections, and practice applying

  • Coaching mindset: moving from a focus on me to a focus on you
  • Coaching process: to keep the conversation on track
  • Coaching skillset: to do it the right way; be effective
