Change Quest
Change is tricky. Change is hard. Change can be fun. But what we do know about change is everyone will experience it and everyone goes through change differently. Change programs have been known to fail 50 to 70% of the time. This stat has been around for years and the statistic does not change. Why? Companies look at change as a process (task, process or event that happens). However, change is a psychological process that people must go through. This program is geared to help people understand change and how they go through it.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
In this workshop, we utilize a science-based approach for leading change based on the neuroscience research and the brain science of change created by Dr. Britt Andreatta.
The program is geared toward all layers of hierarchy in the organizations. Travelers are the individual contributors of the organization; Guides are the Manager’s in the organization; and Designers (initiator of the change) and Trailblazers are the upper leadership in the organization.
Each program has customized content based on the unique needs, demands, and role the individual plays. Each of the three participant categories (Traveler, Guide, Designer/Trailblazer) will all attend the two-hour kick off Overview session.
OBJECTIVES
The goal of this program is to allow each participant the ability to explore:
- The business need for change
- How change affects humans
- Why we resist change
- Ways to be proactive
- How to thrive through change
