In the face of dramatically changing circumstances, stress is a growing problem which can lead to increased accidents, absenteeism, turnover, lower quality of work, and ultimately revenue loss. Low levels of resilience take a toll on leaders’ health, mood, cognitive capacity, and productivity.
Burn Bright: The Resilience Advantage program helps your leaders approach their energy and performance with a new mindset and invigorated toolset. Each week, participants will complete multiple lessons designed to encourage engagement and interaction.
We leverage the proven strengths of our research-based content, outstanding instructional design, and our top-notch faculty to create this high impact, human centered self-directed development program. This course helps leaders explore “resilience as recharge” – creating a routine of researched, regular, reasonable, replicable routines and rituals that recharge us and help us burn bright instead of burning out.

Self-paced; 12 hours; 4 weeks; Approximately 3 hours per week 100% online delivery, via CCL’s Leadership Accelerator (CLA)
