#### OUTCOMES
- Understand your own strengths and stretches in the five domains of EQ
- Explore EQ concepts and their meaning and impact
- Gain a better understanding of your own attitudes and behaviors
- Gain strategies to enhance your leadership to the next level
#### ASSESSMENT
**The CPI 260 report** provides the leader a better understanding of their preferences, attitudes, and behaviors in key dimensions of management and leadership. The report includes information on how you see yourself, and how you compare to other leaders (a benchmark from the Center of Creative Leadership – CCL- study) on characteristics that are important at work and in everyday living. It will help the leader capitalize on strengths, target areas for further development and set goals.
The **Emotional Intelligence Quotient** is administered online. The 14-page report provides two pages of general characteristics commentary, along with results in the four domains self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and social management (and motivation) of emotional intelligence. Strategies and tips are provided for the participant on how to improve in each domain based on their results.
