What is CliftonStrengths?

The CliftonStrengths assessment tests individuals in 34 general areas to reveal where they are uniquely talented. With the post-assessment CliftonStrengths 34 profile, a person receives their Top 5 Signature Themes, which provide a crystal clear picture of their natural talents. Once they uncover their strengths, individuals can use them to thrive at work and at home.

The CliftonStrengths assessment measures a person’s talents or abilities in 34 general areas. Among these 34 areas, or themes, each person is given their individualized “top 5.” The results that are delivered identify the areas in which they are most talented, or their strengths. These strengths can provide clarity for development.
