Dr. Rachel Cubas-Wilkinson

This webinar is perfect for business professionals, team leaders, and talent developers looking to enhance their workplace communication.

Communication flows through every aspect of our work life. From quick chats with colleagues to critical customer interactions, it’s the foundation of our success and most of us would agree we want to be good at it.

But, after working with thousands of teams, we’ve learned that despite the best of intentions, communication breakdowns do happen and when they do, the effects are wide-ranging.

We’ve seen poor communication in the workplace lead to:

  • Inefficiencies in getting work done
  • Work errors and mistakes on the job
  • Subpar customer experiences
  • Increased employee stress and disappointment
  • Erosion of trust among colleagues and teams

This is exactly why we’re inviting you to our upcoming webinar: “Improving Communication in the Workplace,” hosted by Cooper Consulting Group.

Join us to explore:

  • The hidden costs of poor communication and its multifaceted workplace effects
  • Practical tools and time-tested strategies to enhance communication and reduce breakdowns
  • How personality type – both yours and your team members’- could be undermining your communication effectiveness, and how to adapt for better results

Register now to secure your spot and you’ll receive access to both the live event and a recording for future reference.
