Registration
Course enrollment takes place weekly on Wednesday mornings US Central Time, at which time the participant will receive a login invitation from the Everything DiSC Training Center. If a participant registers on a Wednesday after 8:00 am US Central Time, expect that person to be enrolled the following Wednesday.

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification is designed to increase confidence and expertise in delivering the Everything DiSC Workplace program.

This online learning course will give you first-hand experience with the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment and personalized profile results, including application to real-world scenarios so you’re prepared to host your own workshops or coaching sessions. You’ll learn how to customize a program to meet the needs of any group and explore how to navigate challenges that could arise during a workshop or coaching session.

This certification is facilitated virtually by Assessments for Success. Ideal for a busy schedule, the course is accessible anytime from your computer and offers the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live, virtual classroom sessions led by our expert trainers.

Everthing DISC Workplace

Objectives for learners

  • Expertise in the Everything DiSC model, theory, and research.
  • Confidence and competence in facilitating Everything DiSC Workplace through skill practice via live virtual classroom sessions and field assignments.
  • Ability to customize the Workplace program to meet the needs of an individual, team, or organization.

Program components

The course uses a blended-learning approach over the course of four weeks that involves:

  • Self-directed online learning: Modular-specific activities and assignments
  • Three 90-minute instructor-led virtual classroom sessions (Note: Attendance is required at all live webinar sessions).
  • Project Team Plan: Ongoing assignment that promotes application of the learning to a real or potential workshop, followed by a group presentation in the third live session.
  • A final exam, accessible after the course is completed,  must be passed with a score of 80% for certification.

Upon successful completion of all self-directed activities, attending all live virtual sessions, and passing the final exam, learners will earn the credential of a Certified Everything DiSC Workplace® Facilitator.
